1b) If you didn't complete the Contact Cadence Form, click here, then click on "Don't have an account? Sign Up Here" and follow the steps.

3) 4. $50 non-refundable deposit (We will invoice you through your newly created parent portal.)

Additionally, you should take the time to review our schedule and put any events pertaining to your location or in general on your calendar.
